Goals of the project:
- Creation of a tool for optimizing the technological regime of the units and increasing the efficiency of their work;
- Creation of a tool for equipment operation analysis and control;
- Improving the accuracy of the production program planning in the Spiral software;
- Calculation of options for the process units to reach the design performance and above without negative consequences.
As of today, the Atyrau Refinery has independently developed models of primary oil refining at the Atyrau Refinery (AT-2 and AVT-3 units), calculations are being made for possible optimization of the technological regime. As part of the development of of secondary unit models, the collection of initial data for modeling is carried out.
At the POCR, the creation of engineering models of the primary oil refining units is at the modeling stage.
