NC KazMunayGas JSC (KMG) announces payment of dividends on KMG's shares for 2024:

  • dividend payment date –25 June 2025;
  • total amount of dividends payable to shareholders – three hundred billion one million eight hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred and three tenges and three tiyns (KZT300,001,855,903.03);
  • total amount of dividends actually paid to shareholders - three hundred billion one million eight hundred fifty-five thousand nine hundred and three tenges and three tiyns (KZT300,001,855,903.03);
  • dividend payment period – 2024;
  • dividend amount per one ordinary share – four hundred ninety-one tenges and seventy-one tiyns (KZT491.71);
  • shareholder register record date and time - 00 hours 00 minutes (12:00 a.m.) 30 May 2025.

The dividends were paid based on resolution No. 2/2025 of the general meeting of KMG's shareholders dated 29 May 2025.
