KMG's Head Inspects Work of KazTransOil's Training Center in Aktau

During a working visit to the Mangistau region, Chairman of the Management Board of KazMunayGas NC JSC Askhat Khassenov reviewed the activities of the Training Center of KazTransOil JSC. The Center provides training and professional development for employees of the oil transportation industry.
Annually, the center delivers over 15,000 training sessions across 80 educational programs. From 2024 to date, 58,000 employees have completed the training. Particular attention is given to personnel training in industrial, occupational and fire safety, civil protection, and emergency prevention.
The results of the digital transformation of the educational process were presented to KMG's head. The center is implementing an LMS platform and electronic certificates with QR codes. The facility also deploys artificial intelligence technologies, VR/AR systems, and robotic training solutions. A system for training specialists in promising professions and competencies, that are in demand in the midst of the industry technology development, is also being developed.
Plans for further development of the educational base, expansion of cooperation with leading universities, colleges and industry experts, as well as preparation for international IOSH accreditation were also discussed. The implementation of these initiatives will enhance the quality of training programs and ensure their compliance with modern international health and safety requirements.
Following the visit, KMG's head instructed to continue updating the training facilities, actively implement modern digital learning tools, and develop specialist training programs that address the current challenges and tasks facing the industry. Over more than 38 years of operation, it has evolved into an independent structural unit of KazTransOil.
