KazMunayGas summed up the results of the compliance function for the first half of 2026

The Compliance Service of JSC NC KazMunayGas (KMG) held a strategic session aimed at further developing and improving the corporate integrity system in the group of companies, as well as exchanging practical experience between subsidiaries and affiliates.

Compliance services ensure compliance with legislation, international standards, ethical standards and the prevention of corruption.

During the event, representatives of KazTransOil JSC, Mangistaumunaigas JSC, Embamunaigas JSC, Ozenmunaigas JSC, CASPI BITUM LLP and KPI Inc. LLP presented reports on the functioning of compliance systems, achieved results and priority areas of work.

The participants of the meeting were also presented with an overview of amendments and additions to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of anti-corruption. The experts paid special attention to the new form of reporting developed as part of updating the corporate standard for the compliance function of the Samruk Kazyna JSC group. The implementation of the updated standard is designed to increase the transparency of business processes and unify approaches to risk assessment.

The strategic session made it possible to systematize the results of the work during the reporting period, exchange best practices and identify key steps to further strengthen the unified compliance system in all KMG structural divisions.
