On the completion of the payment of dividends on shares of JSC NC «KazMunayGas» for 2022

Joint-stock company “National Company “KazMunayGas” (KMG) would like to advise hereby, of the completion of the distribution of dividends on KMG NC’s shares for 2022.

  1. Date of distribution: 26 June 2023;
  2. Period for which these dividends on the shares were distributed: from 1 January through 31 December 2022;
  3. Amount of a dividend per common share: 491.71 (four hundred and ninety-one) tenges 71 (seventy-one) tiyns.
  4. Total amount of dividends payable to the shareholders: 300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred and fifty-five thousand nine hundred and three) tenges 3 (three) tiyns;
  5. Total amount of dividends actually paid to the shareholders: 300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred and fifty-five thousand nine hundred and three) tenges 3 (three) tiyns;
  6. Holder record date for the payment of this consideration: 0.00 A.M. on 31 May 2023.

Resolution on the distribution of dividends was validated by KMG NC's general meeting of shareholders on 30 May 2023 (minutes No. 2/2023).

Joint-stock company “National Company “KazMunayGas” (KMG) would like to advise hereby, of the completion of the distribution of dividends on KMG NC’s shares for 2022.

  1. Date of distribution: 26 June 2023;
  2. Period for which these dividends on the shares were distributed: from 1 January through 31 December 2022;
  3. Amount of a dividend per common share: 491.71 (four hundred and ninety-one) tenges 71 (seventy-one) tiyns.
  4. Total amount of dividends payable to the shareholders: 300,001,855,903.03 (three hundred billion one million eight hundred and fifty-five thousand nine hundred and three) tenges 3 (three) tiyns;
