Date of birth: 22 September 1984

Education:

Graduated from the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University with a degree in Technological Machines and Equipment, and from M. Narikbayev Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Experience:

Over the years, Mr. Sagiyev worked for Bonatti SpA, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., Intergazstroy and the Saryarka Entrepreneurs Association of Astana.

2022-2024: Deputy General Director for Oil Transportation, KazTransOil JSC.

2024-2025: Chief Operating Officer, KMG International N.V.

Since April 2025, he has served as Chief Executive Officer at KMG International N.V. (Rompetrol).

In July 2026, he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KazMunayGas NC JSC on a part-time basis.
