JSC NC “KazMunayGas” issues 2019 Sustainability Report - Striving for Progress

On 3 September 2020, the Board of Directors of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” (KMG) approved the 2019 Sustainability Report.

Every year, KMG publishes the Sustainability Report which is the Company’s message on progress under the United Nations Global Compact and achievement of the Global Sustainability Goals.

The 2019 Sustainability Report discloses economic, environmental and social performance, includes information about the major sustainability aspects: health and safety, environmental protection, personnel investments, assistance with development of areas within the Company footprint; contains a map of stakeholders and matrix of major sustainability topics for 2019. 

The Report was prepared under the GRI Standards (global sustainability reporting standards) and passed materiality assessment according to GRI Materiality Disclosures Service.

We are aware of how important it is to respect the interests of stakeholders and collect Report feedback every year. This practice helps us improve the content and scope of the Report and raise awareness of the employees and other stakeholders about the Company’s sustainability.
