Professionals trained under the program promote projects that meet the following criteria:
- The production problem is solved in the process, but its solution is unknown or not obvious;
- The solution is possible without investments or they are small and can pay off within a year with the received benefits;
- Implementation of the project within 6-9 months;
- Economic effect achieved.


Goals of the project:
- forming a culture of continuous operational improvement of the production processes in the subsidiaries and affiliates;
- involvement of the management and employees of the subsidiary and affiliated companies’ in the process of optimizing the costs and increasing their productivity through the implementation of small improvements through the project approach.
As a result of the project, several qualitative benefits are expected, including increasing the employees’ competencies and motivation, changing the production culture (conscious attitude to work, striving for improvement), and increasing the level of safety among the employees.
