From 2004 to 2007 – Business Development Manager, Production Operations Manager - Head of Aktau Branch of MI Drilling Fluids International.

From 2007 to 2010 – General Director of TenizService LLP, JSC NC "KazMunayGas".

From 2010 to 2012 – Managing Director, JSC NC "KazMunayGas".

From 2012 to 2013 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Innovation-based Development and Service Projects, JSC NC "KazMunayGas".

From 2013 to 2014 – Vice Minister for Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2014 to 2019 – Vice Minister for Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
