K. Kabyldin, Electioneering Agent of the Candidate for Presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, meets the labor collective of the Municipal Hospital No 2 in Astana

Astana, March 16, c. y. K. Kabyldin, Electioneering agent of the candidate for presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, had a meeting with the labor collective of the Municipal Hospital No2.

Speaking at the meeting K. Kabyldin, Chairman of the Board of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”, was telling about the 2010 results and achievements of the «KazMunayGas” Group of companies in the oil and gas industry, and about the key statements of the President’s Message in the sphere of public health service.

In the Message to the people of Kazakhstan “Let’s make the Future together!” it is distinguished that financing of public health service has been increased from 1.9% GDP in 2002 to 3.2% in 2010, 150 telemedical centers, connected with the major foreign clinics, have been founded. As a result, the birth rate in Kazakhstan increased by 25%, death rate decreased by 11%, and the natural increase rate grew by 1.7 times. Among the strategic objectives there is a formation of the Unified Nation Health System by 2013, construction of 350 outpatient clinics, medical-and-obstetric centers and policlinics by 2015, increasing of longevity up to 72 years and more by 2020.

JSC NC “KazMunayGas” in its turn provides constant assistance to the development of the social sphere of Kazakhstan.

To implement the initiatives of N. Nazarbayev, President of the RK, on development of popular sports in Kazakhstan, JSC NC “KazMunayGas” executes the Program of construction of standard multifunctional sports grounds, aimed at healthy life promotion and involvement of children and adolescents to do sport.

It is planned to build 5 sports grounds in Almaty, and 15 sports grounds in other regions of Kazakhstan this year.

Besides, to secure preventive treatment and curing of oil workers and their family members, as well as the population of Mangistau region, in 2011 the construction of a medical and rehabilitation center, with the capacity of 300 people a month, and a children recreation camp for 250 persons will be finished in “Kenderly” recreation site on the Caspian coast.

- Over these 20 years we have witnessed great positive changes that have occurred in the country. All of them were connected with the name of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Nation’s Leader Nursultan Abishevich Nazarabayev, - K. Kabyldin said. – I appeal to all the workers of public health services, and particularly to those of the Municipal hospital No 2 in Astana, to take an active part in the forthcoming early voting of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and support Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, - he added.

In conclusion of the meeting, the workers of the Municipal hospital No 2 in Astana voiced their support of the initiatives of the Head of the State to conduct preventive treatment and increase quality of first aid through formation of a complex of national surveillance programs of health state of the target groups of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Also K. Kabyldin, as the electioneering agent of the candidate for presidency of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, had a meeting with the representatives of the labor collectives of JSC “E&P “KazMunayGas”, JSC “KazTransOil”, JSC “KazTransGas”, JSC “KazMunayGas Refining&Marketing”, JSC IOC “KazMUnayTeniz”, JSC “Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas” and other subsidiaries of the “KazMunayGas” Group of Companies.
