Kiinov Lyazzat Ketebaevich

Range of issues for which the Chairman bears responsibility in the Company: Provides overall management of the Company in accordance with KMG Charter and is responsible for the operation of KMG to the Board of Directors and the Sole Shareholder of KMG, and chairs the Board of Directors of KMG.

Date of birth: December 7, 1949

Education: In 1971 he graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, specialty “Geology and exploration of oil and gas fields”. He is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of International Engineering Academy.

Ownership of shares of the Company: none.

He has no shares of suppliers and competitors of the Company.

Experience:

In 1971 he began his work as an oil and gas production operator at “Zhetibayneft” Oil and Gas Production Department and in future has become the Head of the Exploitation Analysis Laboratory.
Since 1977, he worked in the city of Shevchenko (Aktau), in the position of an Instructor of Industrial and Transport Department of Mangistau regional party committee, chief engineer of the “Mangyshlakneftepromhim” Territorial Production Office, chief of “Karazhanbasstermneft” Oil and Gas Production Department, “Komsomolskneft”.
In 1992 he held the post of the Director General of the Production Association “Mangyshlakneft”.
In 1993 he was appointed head of the Mangistau Regional Administration. In 1995 Lyazzat Kiinov held the post of Deputy Minister of Oil and Gas Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1997 to 1999 he worked as Deputy Director General of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. In 1999 he was appointed Akim of Mangistau region. Since 2002 he was the President of JSC NC “KazMunayGas”. Since March 2003 he held the post of Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. Since April 2010 he held the post of Vice-Minister of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Lyazzat Kiinov was awarded with the Order “Parasat”, Medal devoted to 10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Berlibayev Daniyar Amirbayevich

Range of issues, for which he is responsible in the Company: Coordination of activity of gas projects and supervising execution of events on provision of gas supply to home market of the Republic of Kazakhstan; representation of interests of the Company in all gas investment projects, provision of complex and system approach for implementation of gas projects at all stages of its realization as well.

Held a position of managing director for gas projects of JSC NC KazMunaiGaz.

Shmanov Nurtas Nuribekovich

Responsibilities in the Company: Supervises performance of production programs, budgets and business-plans of subsidiaries and dependent entities of oil sector; supervision of major pipelines development system and estimating internal and external factors influencing their development.

Held major posts in companies «Transneft», «Chevron Overseas Petroleum Inc», «Tengizchevroil», «ChevronMunaiGas Inc»,»ShevronNefteGaz Inc», «the Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R». Before appointment to the post of Managing Director for the projects, TCO and Dunga in JSC NC «KazMunaiGas» in January, 2009, he worked as Director General of JSC «КazTransOil». Nowadays he is Chairman of Board of Directors of «Kazmortransflot» Ltd, JSC «КazTransOil», member of Board of Directors JSC «CPC», Chairman of the Supervisory board of «TransCaspiy» LLC.

Responsibilities in the Company: Supervision of financial-economic activity of subsidiaries and dependent entities; marketing system development and oil trade operations efficiency increase; monitoring of technical performance of oil sales retail network.

Before that he held the post of head of Legal service department under the President’s administration; worked as a consultant in the Legislation Department, Defense Department and Legal order of in the Front Office of Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
