Payments of KMG Board members are made in compliance with the Resolution No.558 of the Government of the Republic, dated of 10 June, 2008, “On Approving the Standard Regulation on Terms of Remuneration and Payment of Bonuses to Heads of National Companies, Joint Stock Companies the Control Interest of Which Belong to the State” and norms developed by the Sole Shareholder of the KMG.
Remuneration of the KMG Board members consists of:
1) position salary;
2) annualizing award* which is a tool of stimulation and recognition of their input in the development of the KMG.
Assessment of performance of the Board members is made by the resolution of the Board of Directors upon summarizing the annual outcomes after approving in an established manner the financial statements of the KMG based on audited annual accounts.
Main criteria for eligibility for an award are the achievement of corporate indicators of the KMG, as well as fulfillment of individual key performance indicators specifying the level of achievement of strategic goals.
*According to the Order No.23-п of the JSC FNW “Samruk-Kazyna”, dated of 07.04.2009, payment of awards to heads (Board members) of the KMG is not made since 2008 through 2010.
